Ordered this after seeing some of the recipes on Instagram. Its a great book, but be warned there is a list as long as your arm at the start of the sugars - even supposedly healther ones - that are excluded. Having said that, there are lovely recipes in the book that you could use as part of a healthier lifestyle if you don't fancy doing the whole sugar free plan

I was a major sugar addict. I followed the recipe plan for 1 week. For me, it worked. I’m now 4 months out and still sugar free. The recipes are pretty easy, although you need to convert metric. Easy enough. I had to buy a few ingredients. But, if you stick with it, you’ll use them. The recipes are tasty. I often make a few of them. If you want to really get off sugar, I’d recommend this book. But, don’t cheat. Follow it each day, there’s a reason the meals are in that order. You’ll learn to season foods so you feel satisfied. I had to buy a number of new condiments. But, stick with it, you’ll use them. Good luck!
